Guitar instructor

I have been playing guitar for while and not getting far. I decided to try learning classical guitar. I found a couple of teachers but was not very successful.About 12 months ago, I came across Federico and thought I would give it another go. I am so happy I did. My guitar playing has come a long brilliantly.Let me say there is no magic pill here and you have to practice, but Frederico is a brilliant teacher. He keeps it simple and keeps you motivated.If you are serious about wanting to learn Classical Guitar, he is the guy you need to call.

With the guidance from Nick and the Team at Keyed Up Music, our daughters have developed into a confident and capable musicians. Thank you for being such an important part in our girl’s musical development.

I have been taking lessons from Federico for 3 years. He has helped transform my playing. His love of guitar, knowledge, patience and enthusiasm is infectious!. My guitar lesson with Federico is the highlight of my week.

We love this music school! My son has tried a few of their music lessons from when he was 2 yrs old. We are currently doing Junior Music Piano Class which we all love. The teachers are so nice and amazing.

My daughter (just shy of 7years old) attended the FREE 90 min guitar workshop with Stefan during the Jan school holidays. The workshop was informative and interactive- Stefan was warm, welcoming and met the needs of a variety of aged children. My little girl walked away excited and eager to begin her musical journey...especially after 'giving it a go' on the various guitars!I was also extremely pleased with the quick response to bookings, as well as a very informative follow up email outlining the correct guitar sizes required and numerous other recommendations.We look forward to joining Guitarworks lesson in the near future :)

My daughter has been learning piano at the Kalamunda Music Academy for 1 year now and loves it. The piano teacher adapts his lessons to focus on the weaknesses of the student and lets her choose her own music but guides her towards pieces to improve her ability ensuring her interest is always maintained. In April my daughter was asked to join the junior band as the keyboardist; this experience has reinforced her joy in music as they have a say in the modern songs they wish to play and she enjoys playing with the other four members of the band.Kalamunda Music Academy have been professional, has a high level of communication and maintains a relaxed atmosphere where my child has excelled. Daryl Eagle (The director of Programs) is lovely and an amazing musician himself who has a great rapport with the kids.

I was a student of Joe’s for a couple of years, and I always enjoyed going to my lessons. Joe let me choose the kind of music I wanted to play, and allowed me to pick particular songs, but also had suggestions of songs to learn to develop particular techniques. Joe is personable and easy to get along with, and I highly recommend him.

Great atmosphere and supportive teachers for learning guitar. My kids enjoyed guitar lessons so much that they have gone from zero to playing for friends and family events. I've also managed to catch the music bug and give it a go. Music teachers are not only gifted musicians but genuinely care for students allowing them to pick their tunes and develop their skills in an enjoyable way. I highly recommend them to help you unlock the guitar and all the enjoyment that a life with music brings.

As a Ukulele newcomer I was on the lookout for online lessons to help me get started. I came across the Alison Glew Guitar School and, as I lived nearby, I signed up for her beginner Ukulele group workshops.Alison is a very patient teacher and has a wonderful ability to relate to people, making us eager to learn and instilling confidence in our playing. Her on-line resources are straightforward and comprehensive and her Zoom workshops work well. She is always willing to adapt her classes to focus on a particular song you would like to play.I always look forward to my Ukulele lessons and now I have been taught how to play a few chords I can enjoy playing along with many songs.I highly recommend Alison as a teacher.
